4-hour meeting package

Use of a plenary room, reception with a healthy starter, unlimited tea, coffee, Made blue water and soft drinks in the room, energy break in the morning or afternoon, reception by the meeting host, use of beamer and flip chart,meeting case: markers, tape, pens, scissors, etc, free internet (ADSL & WIFI), writing material and pad made of recycled paper.

8-hour meeting package

Use of a plenary room, reception with a healthy starter, unlimited tea, coffee, Made Blue water, and soft drinks in the room,
Energy break in the morning and lunch in the afternoon, reception by the meeting host, use of a projector and flip chart,
Meeting case: markers, tape, pens, scissors, etc., free internet, writing materials made from recycled paper.
  • Two flip charts, a projector, and a screen are included in the room rental.
  • We also have a sound bar available for sound, if you want to play a sound fragment, for example. (A laptop is not included.)
  • If you bring your own laptop, we will help you connect it to our projector. We have ClickShare, and this works via USB.
Separate room rental in half-days and separate prices for snacks and drinks are also possible.

  • 1-hour luxury snacks €24.50
  • 1.5-hour cold snack platter and warm appetizers €24.50
  • 1.5-hour luxury snacks €30.00
  • 2-hour cold snack platter and warm bitter garnish €29.50
  • 2-hour luxury snacks €37.00

With all our drinks packages, drinks are served within the Dutch range: house wine, draft beer, soft drinks and water.
